Windows 7 Logon Background Changer 1.5.1

Windows 7 Logon Background Changer does exactly what its title suggests. It lets you customise the Windows 7 logon screen (variously referred to as the login screen, the welcome screen, or the LogonUI) with your own background images. 

The software is compatible with all editions of Windows 7, including 32 or 64 bit versions. You will need to run the initial installation in admin mode in order to create the required folders but once installed, the software does not require administrator access to run. It does not alter any of your system files.

Once the software is installed, it's simple to select the image you want to use from any of your existing pictures. Any user can access the software and change the image. Windows 7 Logon Background Changer only supports still images; there's no way to use an animated GIF image as your login background. 

Pros: Safe to run, easy to install and use.

Cons: Doesn't support animated images.
